Words Upon Release
First, a big thanks to the amazing editor at Big Tiger Huya... a bow of gratitude for the support and help from the boss.
Next, to the longtime loyal readers who have stood by me these past two years... a bow of thanks for never giving up.
To the new readers who have recently discovered this book… a bow of gratitude—truly honored by your kindness.
Then, to my author group friends... a bow of thanks for your support and recommendations during the launch of this new book. Much love to you all.
Finally, to the readers who quietly reward, vote, follow, and are about to subscribe every day… ten bows to you for your selfless affection.
With all thanks paid, let’s move on to the main course.

Unconsciously, from December 31, 2021, when “A Journey on the Tip of the Tongue” was first published, until today, February 11, 2022, it’s been a total of 43 days.
Bao’er has written 210,000 words.
Daily updates of five thousand words have been maintained, but the results are admittedly poor—this is the worst performance to date.
So far, there are 3,700 bookmarks.
Based on the subscription-to-bookmark ratio… tomorrow, when the book officially launches, there will probably be between one hundred and two hundred initial subscriptions.
I’m happy!
Even with such underwhelming results, Bao’er has persisted until launch—this is growth, and a matter of faith.
Because this book is the true travel story Bao’er has longed to write.
Travel literature is quite niche, and on this platform, it’s rare to find a genuine, serious travel novel.
So poor results are understandable. Regardless, Bao’er needs to make a living, so when “A Journey on the Tip of the Tongue” is ready to launch, even if only a few people see this launch message and few subscribe, Bao’er will still ask for subscriptions—hoping that the first 24 hours will bring a higher number.
That would make me feel very good. Stories written with a happy heart are truly different from those written in a bad mood.
So, to emphasize, I say this three times: please move those lucky fingers and subscribe to Bao’er’s book. And for those who do, remember to join the group. When the first month ends, Bao’er has prepared several Bing Dwen Dwen figurines as a small token of appreciation for readers.
As for the quantity of Bing Dwen Dwen gifts, I won’t give too many—it depends on how well the book performs.
Also, many readers have asked Bao’er about the rules for extra chapters.
This is now set in stone.
At least three updates a day as the baseline.
Within 24 hours of launch, more bonus chapters will be given based on rewards: two extra chapters for two “Helmsmen,” five extra chapters for one “Alliance Leader,” and fifty extra chapters for Silver status? Um... I’ll repay that by the end of the month.
But only within the first 24 hours!
From the second day onward, the Alliance Leader will still provide five extra chapters daily—unchanged, since Bao’er has the word-count system to support me, haha.
If monthly votes reach 1,000 by the end of the month, fifteen extra chapters will be added without issue.
For every additional 100 average subscriptions, one extra chapter will be added; for every additional 100 group members, one extra chapter will be added.
If you get married, send me your marriage certificate in the group for an extra chapter; if you get accepted to college, send your admission notice for an extra chapter.
Feel free to blow up my draft box.
Lastly, please give lots of support—the first subscriptions are very important. Bao’er is counting on you all.
I’ll start the explosive updates at noon, once I wake up. Remember to subscribe, dear readers—I’ll be waiting for you.
Wishing you happiness.
Respectfully, Bao’er.
