Sanjiang never expected that it would truly arrive.

I truly never expected to make it onto the Sanjiang list. Honestly, I admit I’m rather unremarkable and here I am getting all worked up again. Today, after writing nearly all day, I barely managed three chapters and not even seven thousand words—my writing speed is embarrassingly slow, isn’t it? Please don’t laugh, my friends… I’ve given it my all today, yet I didn’t expect my Sanjiang votes to be overwhelmed time and again. By rights, my collection isn’t small—seven or eight thousand at least—so there should be more friends who can vote, right? I understand, though; everyone is supporting the big names. That’s only natural—their writing surpasses mine, their updates are more frequent, and it makes sense to give them your votes. I accept falling behind the first, second, third, or fourth place. But, brothers, can you really stand by and watch me get pushed down again and again?

I don’t ask for much—just to keep a place in the top five. That’s not too much, is it? To me, making it onto Sanjiang is already a victory. Yet, being knocked down over and over again leaves me unwilling to accept it—it’s truly hard to swallow… All I wish for is fifth place. I sincerely ask for your help; please give me a push.

If Sanjiang truly isn’t possible for me, perhaps sparing a recommendation vote isn’t too hard? Just look at the dismal number of recommendations—it’s enough to make one cry. I really hope to make it onto the Total Members Click Ranking. Last week, I was always just short by one spot—so close for an entire week. This week, now that I’m on Sanjiang, maybe there’s a fighting chance.
