Words upon release!

The new book has finally been published. Although this is my second book on the platform, I can no longer pretend to be a novice like I did last year, yet I still feel quite nervous. Here on Qidian, many great authors see their works fail quickly, so it's even tougher for someone like me.

I am deeply grateful for the constant support from all my readers. Honestly, without your encouragement, I wouldn't have been able to persist until now. From my first book, "The Great Han Technological Empire," which began with just 2,000 bookmarks and 200 initial subscriptions, to today, reaching the point of publishing a second book—this journey wouldn’t have been possible without your unwavering backing.

Many of you know I’m now a father and no longer working a regular job. I stay at home taking care of my child while writing on the side. To be frank, the success of this new book means a great deal to me. If it does well, I can continue to focus on writing and family without worry. If not, the pressure will be immense. I’m no longer a single man living for himself—I have a wife, a child, and the responsibility of supporting the whole family rests on my shoulders.

My goal with this new book is to surpass the last one. I don’t have overly high expectations, but I earnestly ask for your support here on Qidian. After the launch, updates will definitely be more frequent, and there will be occasional bursts of new chapters. Following my work for a month won’t cost you much—less than ten yuan. Every subscription means a lot to me because it’s a recognition of my efforts. The more support I receive, the stronger my motivation to keep writing.

Regarding extra chapters, the usual rule applies: a reward of 10,000 Qidian coins will add an additional chapter. Of course, if subscriptions are strong, I’ll be able to add many more updates. Your support is the driving force behind every word I write.

As for the plot, we’re still in the Earth arc, but I believe many of you have already realized that with the emergence of aerospace fighters, the interstellar era is just around the corner. The entire solar system will gradually become a backyard of the Chinese civilization.
